We can repair most makes of laptops running Windows, as with most laptop repairs you are in a hurry to get your laptop back so we endeavour to turn around repairs as quick as possible depending on the problem if no parts are required it will probably be done next day like a 24 hour turn around but if parts have to be ordered its usually 5 to 7 days.
Our rates for laptop repairs are based on what type of car you drive and your post code.... not really we have one rate for all £18.00 per hour what ever the job and a no fix no fee policy if you deliver and collect the laptop. Virtually every job is done on fixed price or from the estimate given.
If you just want a re-format/re-install and have or have not got the original discs we can usually do this if there is a COA sticker somewhere (windows sticker with long number on) if in doubt contact us. Any drivers that are needed during re-install will be put onto a disc for you to keep. Rates for this on average are £25
